Returns and Cancellation Policy for Poshan Products

We appreciate your trust in Poshan, and we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. Please review our Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations Policy below to understand how we handle various scenarios:

Returns:

  • No return requests will be accepted on items without damages or defects.
  • If you wish to return a delivered product, you are responsible for returning the product in mint condition to Poshan for a return or replacement.

Replacements:

  • Genuine quality/manufacturing defects: A full refund or replacement will be offered if you provide us with photo and video evidence of the package and contents.
  • Shipping damage: Contact poshanhealthpartner@gmail.com, and our customer support team will replace your order.
  • Conditions eligible for replacements include water damage to packaging, tampered or opened seals, and broken jars.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations before dispatch: 100% refund, with the customer care team reverting within 24-48 hours.
  • Cancellations post-dispatch: If delivery is attempted, do not accept the order. The order will be returned to its source. Refund initiated within 5 to 7 business days after "RTO initiated," with a 10% deduction as a transaction fee.

General Conditions:

  • Verify product conditions upon receiving the package and report concerns immediately to poshanhealthpartner@gmail.com
  • Products returned without original packaging or due to improper handling on customer’s end are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Complaints about products, shipping, and packaging must be made within 24 hours to poshanhealthpartner@gmail.com with pictures and videos.
  • An unboxing video with the order number and total weight in the top right corner helps expedite issue resolution.

Damage Upon Delivery:

  • Email poshanhealthpartner@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide a detailed unboxing video and clear pictures for prompt resolution.

Missing/Wrong Items:

  • Share unboxing video and pictures via email to poshanhealthpartner@gmail.com within 24 hours.
  • Ensure order number and total weight are visible.

Product Quality Issues:

  • Contact poshanhealthpartner@gmail.com with concerns about product quality.
  • We will test and verify with batch samples to provide an update.

Product Hardening:

  • Read storage guidelines to prevent hardening.
  • No returns for products hardened due to negligence and improper storage.

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
